Please find the followings as a brief of our return policy:

  • We process all returns with email approval. Before sending your items back, please contact us first via eBay message.
  • The return must be made within 30 days of receiving date.
  • We only accept items in original conditions, i.e. the items must be returned in original packaging with all labels and tags attached.
  • We will cover the return postage for faulty or damaged products, or any other mistakes made by our store. For any other reasons, you will need to pay the return postage at your own expense.
  • We will cover the postage for resending you the exchanged items.
